What we recover

Six recovery routes, chosen by how the money left your account

The right instrument depends entirely on the payment rail. A card payment, a SWIFT wire and a crypto transfer each need a different filing, a different counterparty and a different deadline.

  • Reason-code selection and evidence packaging
  • Representment rebuttal and pre-arbitration

Why claims fail without help

Most disputes are refused on paperwork, not on merit

Banks refuse claims because the wrong reason code was used, the evidence arrived incomplete, the deadline passed while the victim waited on a call-back, or the narrative did not match the network's definition of the fraud. None of those are questions of whether you were actually defrauded.

Evidence before argument

Banks decide on documents, not sympathy. Every filing we make is built around the reason codes and evidence standards the reviewing institution actually applies.

Pressure at the right point

Fraudsters are unreachable. Their acquiring banks, processors and licensing bodies are not, and those are the parties that can return your money.

Honest assessment

We decline cases we do not believe are recoverable and tell you why. An accurate no on day one is worth more than an expensive maybe.

Confidential by default

Case files are encrypted, access is limited to your assigned officers, and nothing is shared outside the institutions handling your dispute.

The casework

A documented five-stage recovery process

Every stage is logged in your client portal with dates, submissions and responses, so you always know exactly where the claim stands.

  1. 01

    Free case assessment

Tell us what happened, how much was lost and how it was paid. A case officer reviews the file and tells you honestly whether the loss is recoverable and by which route. There is no charge and no obligation.

    Within 24 hours

  2. 02

    Evidence and reconstruction

We build the payment ledger, gather statements, correspondence, wallet addresses and platform records, and confirm every dispute deadline that applies to your case.

    2 to 5 business days

  3. 03

    Filing and pressure

Chargebacks, recall instructions, processor complaints and regulatory filings go out under a documented strategy. Every submission is logged in your client portal.

    Days 5 to 20

  4. 04

    Negotiation and escalation

Merchants and banks push back. We answer representments, escalate to pre-arbitration, and take refusals to the ombudsman or regulator where the decision is wrong.

    4 to 16 weeks

  5. 05

    Settlement and release

Recovered funds are returned to your own verified bank account, never through us as an intermediary. You receive a closing report covering everything that was filed.

If it happened today

Six things to do in the first 24 hours

What you do today materially changes what can be recovered later. Work through this list before anything else, whether or not you engage us.

  1. 1

Stop every further payment. No legitimate recovery requires you to send more money first.

  2. 2

Photograph and export everything: chats, emails, invoices, platform screens, wallet addresses and receipts.

  3. 3

Call your bank or card issuer today and ask for the transaction to be blocked, recalled or disputed in writing.

  4. 4

Change the passwords on your email and banking accounts and turn on two-factor authentication.

  5. 5

Report the loss to your national fraud reporting body and keep the reference number.

  6. 6

Open a case file with us so the dispute deadlines are calculated before they expire.

Inside the work

Forensics, casework and escalation under one roof

Blockchain forensics

Blockchain forensics

Analysts cluster wallet activity and follow stolen assets through bridges and mixers to a regulated exchange where a freeze can be requested.

Dedicated case officers

Dedicated case officers

One named officer owns your file end to end, in your time zone, and answers directly rather than routing you through a call queue.

Regulatory escalation

Regulatory escalation

When a bank refuses a valid claim, the file goes to the ombudsman or regulator with the complaint already drafted and evidenced.

Client outcomes

What resolved cases look like

I lost eleven months of savings to a trading platform that looked completely legitimate. Summit told me on day one which payments were realistically recoverable and which were not. Four months later £38,000 came back.
H. OkaforInvestment fraud claim, London
The chargeback my bank had already refused twice was overturned at pre-arbitration. What made the difference was the evidence file they put together, not persistence on the phone.
D. MarchettiCard dispute, Toronto
They traced the crypto to an exchange, filed the freeze request and kept me updated in the portal the entire time. I never once had to chase anyone for an answer.
S. RahmanCrypto tracing claim, Dubai
